Follow the instructions below to create an HTML file containing your Workload Manager Service Definition. You are assured that no information about you or your WLM service definition is preserved by this web site.
*** Remember ***
you can open the resultant WLM html file that will be emailed to you as an Excel spreadsheet to work with your WLM service definition in Excel. Just right mouse button click the file and select 'Open With' and then select Excel as the application.
Note from Peter:
The following tool works well, but feedback or suggestions are welcome and encouraged. Also check out my 'WLM Performance and Re-evaluating Goals' seminar. It is a great one-of-a-kind seminar like no other WLM seminar.
Thanks, Peter
Usage Notes:
- The result of running this tool will be an email that contains the HTML file as an attachment. It is recommended that you save the HTML file before opening it. A common problem is when people open the HTML file attachment in a facility such as Outlook and save it that way. This action causes Windows to reevaluate the links. The result is when you save the file the links no long work correctly.
- This tool is provided for your convenience, and has been tested with a variety of WLM service definitions. If you have any comments, questions, problems, or recommendations, please send an email to Peter Enrico.
- This tool was coded specifically to create HTML files from GML versions of WLM service definitions. Although it may work properly for many other GML files, it is not, at this time, guaranteed to work for non WLM Service Definition GML files. If you have GML tags that you would like to see added, please send a note to Peter Enrico.
